Committee for Monitoring Adherence to the code of conduct

Code of Conduct establishes the principles and commitments of professional ethics that the Aman College of Pharmacy, its employees, students and all stake holders must respect and comply with when carrying out their activities. In order to ensure compliance with and understanding of the Code of Conduct, Committee for Monitoring adherence to the code of conduct is formed to conduct the functioning of the institution in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, and rules and with the highest standard of ethics and values with following members.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Amendment and release of Draft of rules and regulations as and when required.
Promoting the dissemination, knowledge of the code of conduct as well as professional ethics among staff, students and other stake holders.
To observe the behavior of students and take disciplinary actions.
Ensuring adherence to the code of conduct in association with various college committees.
To Organize professional ethics programs for faculty and students.
Conducting meetings, preparing a report on its actions and making the recommendations it deems appropriate to the authorities.
If any of the members of the Code of Conduct Monitoring Committee has a conflict ofinterest in dealing with a specific matter, said member must be removed from all formalitiesrelated to the matter in question.
