Grievance Redressal Committee

A campus-level Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted at Aman Pharmacy College with the following members.

Objectives:
  • Upholding the dignity of the College by ensuring a strife-free atmosphere in the College through promoting cordial Student-Student relationships and Student-teacher relationships, etc.
  • Encouraging the Students to express their grievances/problems freely and frankly, without fearing being victimized.
  • Suggestion/complaint Box is installed in which the students, who want to remain anonymous, put in writing their grievances and their suggestions for improvement of the Academics / Administration in the College.
  • Advising students of the college to respect the rights and dignity of one another and show utmost restraint and patience whenever any rift arises.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Establish a transparent mechanism to rectify any kind of complaints from the students, teaching faculty &members of support staff. This will help to build transparency &cultivate democratic values.
  • Evolve the working mechanism in consultation with the head of the institute. Display necessary content for information to all concern.
  • Organize guidance sessions for all concerned about objectives, composition & functions of the cell.
  • Maintain necessary documents & call periodic meetings of members as per requirements.
  • Report summary to the head of institute in the form of resources available, systems or mechanisms evolved &Impact.
  • To establish structured interactions with students to elicit information on their expectations.
  • An aggrieved student who has any grievances at the Programme level shall make an application first to the Programme Coordinator/Class Coordinator/ Mentor as the case may be.
  • The institution provides mechanism to the students for redressal of their grievances with regard to their complaints on academic and non-academic matters. On approval, the final decision would be communicated to the student through the concerned Head of the Institute.
